Opium Ink Studio Policy and Terms

    • A non-refundable $35 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

    • Deposits go toward your final session cost and hold your spot.

    • If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer one time.

    • No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.

    • Remaining balances are due at the end of your session. Cash, card, or mobile payment accepted.

    • You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    • Multiple reschedules or cancellations require a new deposit.

    • Arriving 15+ minutes late without communication is considered a no-show.

    • If you’re sick, please reschedule — your artist’s time and health are equally valuable.

    • Consultations are required for custom pieces, large designs, or cover-ups.

    • These can be done in-person or virtually.

    • Design work begins only after your deposit is received and consultation completed.

    • All custom artwork is drawn specifically for you and remains the property of Opium Ink until tattooed.

    • Design previews are typically sent 24–48 hours before your appointment.

    • Minor adjustments are welcome; complete redesigns may require a new deposit.

    • Reference images are encouraged — copying another artist’s tattoo will not be done.

    • Touch-ups are free within 60 days of your session (for healed tattoos only).

    • Missed or late touch-up appointments may result in a studio fee.

    • You must be 18 years or older with valid photo ID — no exceptions.

    • We do not tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent.

  • All equipment is single-use, sterilized, and disposed of safely after every client.

    • Please arrive clean and sober.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who exhibits unsafe or disrespectful behavior.

    • By booking, you agree that photos/videos of your tattoo may be used for promotional or portfolio purposes.

    • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your artist know before your session begins.

  • All tattoo sales, deposits, and artwork fees are non-refundable.

    • Once a tattoo is completed, no alterations or refunds can be issued.

    • Flash Friday tattoos are limited to small, simple designs (1x1, 2x2, or 3x3 inches).

    • Linework or minimal black & grey only.

    • One per person per Friday.

    • Final design approval required before appointment.

    • Walk-ins welcome; appointments recommended.
